Leena Shibeika is an interdisciplinary scholar-activist and human geographer focusing on the political geographies of resistance, grassroots and feminist movements, and postcolonial governance in Sudan and the Horn of Africa. She holds a Master's in Human Geography from Birkbeck, University of London, and is a Chevening alumna. Her work blends academic research with storytelling, mapping and advocacy to amplify grassroots voices and challenge dominant narratives.
