Michael Barenboim, born 1985, is a professor of chamber music and violin at the Barenboim-Said Academie in Berlin. Since the age of 14, he has been a member of the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra, founded by his father, Daniel Barenboim, and Palestinian intellectual Edward Said.
